1. About us
This website, fashion.alvirostore.com, is operated by AlviroStore. We are based in Douala, Cameroon. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must give accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Products
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look different on different screens, and sizes may vary slightly between items. Please read the description and size chart before ordering. Some products are shipped from our suppliers abroad and some are held locally in Cameroon, and the product page or Shipping Policy will tell you which delivery times apply. We may change or remove products at any time. This doesn't affect orders we have already confirmed.

4. Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in XAF / USD currency and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Conversion rates and any bank or card fees from your bank are outside our control.
• Prices don't include import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country on delivery (see section 8).
• If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Shipping is free, as described in our Shipping Policy / charged as shown at checkout.

5. Orders and payment

• You place an order by completing checkout. Your order is confirmed once we've accepted it and your payment has been received and verified.
• Customers in Cameroon can pay by MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer, cash on delivery. Follow the instructions shown at checkout and send us proof of payment on WhatsApp number / email. If we don't receive payment within 48 hours, we may cancel the order.
• International customers can pay by card, PayPal, or the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we don't store your card details.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, if an item is unavailable, if there's an error in the order, or if we can't deliver to your location. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays and other factors outside our control. You must give a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase.

8. Customs, duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside Cameroon, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT or other taxes your country applies to the parcel. These are set by your local authorities, aren't included in our prices, and we can't predict them. If you refuse to pay them or fail to collect the parcel, it may be returned or destroyed, and a refund may not be possible. Please check your local rules before ordering.

9. Restricted destinations and lawful use
We can only deliver to places our carriers serve and where the sale is lawful. We may refuse to ship any product to a country or region because of export, sanctions or carrier restrictions. By ordering, you confirm that you're allowed to buy and import the products in your country and that you'll use them lawfully.

10. Safe and lawful use of products
You are responsible for using products properly and following any instructions that come with them. This includes charging instructions for electronic items, such as the 2–3 hour first charge for our GPS trackers. Tracking devices must only be used lawfully: on property you own, or with the knowledge and consent of the person concerned, as required by the laws where you live. We aren't responsible for misuse, and we may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect unlawful use.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't exclude or limit liability that can't be excluded by law, nor your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

13. Privacy
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree that we may share the details needed for delivery and payment, such as your name, address and phone number, with our carriers, suppliers and payment providers.

14. Site use and availability
We try to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live that can't be waived by agreement. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem directly. If that fails, the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

17. Language
These terms may be provided in English and French. If the two versions differ, the English / French version applies, as far as the law allows.
